The 21st Century Academy
The 21st Century is unique to Onslow County Schools.
The Academy is housed at Northside High School but accepts students from all seven high schools throughout the county. An application must be completed in order to be considered for acceptance into the academy. Students enrolled in the academy enjoy a cohort environment rich in technology. They are taught by teachers who use a variety of technology in the classroom to engage and educate the students. Students enrolled in the academy have the opportunity to receive industry credentials from Microsoft and Comptia. The academy prepares students for all paths after high school. (College, University, Community College, Workforce or Military)
*Students have the option to enroll in AP/Honors or standard level classes.
