NHS Girls Cross Country 2016

1st Official Practice will be on August 29th at 2:45 PM at the NHS Track - Come dress and ready to practice. 

What should you be doing from now until August 29th? 

Off Season Conditioning - running and building up your agility, strength, and endurance.  You should be decreasing the time it takes to run for 3.1 miles. If you need a work out schedule click under forms for a suggested routine.

The season runs from August to November

You need a current Physical on file to participate - Free Physicals at NHS June 15 at 12:30 PM
