Our "Teacher of the Year"

Science teacher Kadie Ondrus was recently selected as Northside's "Teacher Of The Year" for SY 2015-2016. She teaches Biology, AP Biology (yr long class) and Biology Honors,  She has also taught Physical Science and Earth Science when she joined the Northside Faculty in the Spring of 2012 for her first teaching position.

She was born and raised a BUCKEYE in Toledo, Ohio.  She attended Gannon University in Erie, Pa where she played softball and earned her Biology and Secondary Education Degrees, later earning her Master's Degree in Biology from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.

At Northside, Kadie is the Science Dept Chair and is on the School Leadership Team.  She received the 2016 Rotary Excellence in Education Award and had the Fall 2015 Highest Biology EOC scores in the county.
